Hi,
We need to specify courier ID while requesting Pickup. How we can get a list of all courier IDs along with Name so we can provide an option to users to select the appropriate courier before submitting a request.

I read an API to get shipping options.
The problem is that I do not get fedex results.
I do get a quote I get all the details also from fedex.
But in reading the API I do not get.
I would be happy to solve the problem.

How do I fully clean up my connections? I deleted the WooCommerce, but it is still sending tracking updates to my server & website.
I've deleted WooCommerce connection and then reset it up with different API keys/auth, but now I'm getting multiple postings of tracking number updates for a package instead of just one.

Hi there, we have set up our Easyship account, but we are unable to integrate into our shopmatic website. When we try to Add Products - it only shows Others - Import from file or Manual input, it does not show "sync from store"... Please show us how to integrate?

Do you have API endpoint to register customers.?
Shipment total_actual_weight is unprecise
The issue happens because EasyShip API returns weight value in kilograms rounded up to 2 decimals (eg. 0.11KG).
We can immediately notice that the precision is up to "decagrams", while we need it up to grams.
