User doesn't have permissions for this request (get tracking checkpoints)

When I try to request the /track/v1/checkpoints endpoint, I get the error response "User doesn't have permissions for this request".
When I try to request the /track/v1/status endpoint, I get the expected results with the information pertinent to the shipment I have queried.
The access token I am using has all of the 9 "Scopes" boxes checked on the API Integration page in the Easyship interface.
