Can I select sender country and recipient country dynamically?

Hello team,

My requirements:
For sending parcel, I need to calculate shipping prices only. I am targeting 7-8 courier services namely Aramex, fedEx, tnt, DHL, etc. For courier service there can be any source country or any destination country. Is it possible with EasyShip API ?? I am stuck. Please help.
