UPS rates are not received through API

Hi Easyship support team,

We are fetching the Easyship rates through API. All carriers are coming from all the served countries, excepted UPS that is not received at all. We have tried from all countries to several countries, as soon as UPS is shown on the Easyship portal, they are never received through the API.

Can you please check what is causing this issue and how to solve this?
