is it possible to transfer our already activated API to that new account?

Hello.
We are an American company selling both in the USA and Europe.
Initially I needed shipping labels from Germany, so I specified Europe when registering and our account became EURO.
Now we have connected API and plan to order more shipping labels from you. But we have our US card linked in dollars and it's a waste of currency conversion by our bank.
I have already checked with support that it is impossible to change the currency after account registration, if only to register a new one in US dollars.
Question: If I re-register a company in your service specifying the USA to have USD currency, is it possible to transfer our already activated API to that new account?
