Hi Team,

We are having an issue in getting the labels for many returns parcels.

We are getting error response “Response is technical_failed”.

Please find below screenshot for the API request.

When we try to get label from below API we are getting the response as per below image.

URL : https://api.easyship.com/label/v1/labels

Please check on urgent basis and let us know the issue.
