Can not get rate

Hi admin!
For now, when i use https://api.easyship.com/rate/v1/rates
I have get the erros: timeout Or something related to clouldfare ....
Before that, it work normally.
I am on Test Mode.
Can you help me check it?
It is extremely important to me now.
