Hi easyship, I am having issues setting up my shipping properly. The dynamic shipping rates are not accurate and I am being charged much more compared to what my customers are being charged. For example. my customer buys 2 items and they paid $20 in shipping (the price of 1 item to be shipped. It actually costs me $40 ship.

Another shipping example would be a customer recently checked out and paid $25 in shipping. I am however getting charged over $40 in easyship.

How can I fix this???
