Hello, when calling the completed label data over API to our custom database, the label image is not displayed, (it has been working fine for years until today) and the error "Could not show file correctly. Click here to open it in a new page." is displayed that opens the label in a new tab, the label can then be seen and printed, but why has this happened suddenly today? Has there been any updates on changes to the Easyship API today?

Will this fix itself with time as this is an Easy ship error or do we need to update our systems database

The issue is consistent across Firefox and Chrome and various operating systems indicating this is the Easyship side that has caused the issue.

however the label should be displayed, as shown when clicking the link to open the image in a new tab
