How to fetch data from the dropdown Optional Services in the Shipment > Advanced tab?

In the API, how can I pre-select the Optional Services found in the Shipment > Advanced tab? Or rather fetch the data found in the dropdown Optional Services so when I create shipment it's already pre-selected.
And also select the "Signature Required" when "UPS Optional Services" is chosen.
