Refunds tracking functionality
Hi! There is a possibility of shipment cancellation, when I expect to get my money back after some time. How can I check the status of this refund? Is there any mechanism like an API call or webhook? Having only one balance endpoint with no detailed information does not give anything useful, like if the sum of money for certain shipment has been refunded.

Obtain shipping label via API
Hi, I am looking for a way to send a shipping label via API to our employee's in order to return company computers. Ideally, we could create and generate the shipping label with EasyShip, and then email the label to the employee. Is there a way to do the latter part, of emailing the label? Or to pull the label via API back to Zapier?

Rate Quote with Residential Address checkmark
Anytime I request a quote I get a quote for what appears to be a business address, then when I request to generate a label with “residential” checkmark via api rate increases from the quoted one.
Easyship response issue
I have integrated easyship rate API in magento 1.9 using curl but not getting response.

Label creation testing with "sand" token
Good morning! I've created a shipment ESUS10155143, using sand token, and I'm trying to test label printing in order to connect it with my app. However, I am getting an error below:
