store sync problem
cant sync my store i get the following message:
WinHTTPRequest - A certificate is required to complete client authentication
I have an API that has been working fine for several months but this past week we have had two instances where we have been unable to run our API calls and I think the error being returned is : A certificate is required to complete client authentication. The application is built on Classic ASP using WinHTTP (WinHTTP.WinHTTPRequest.5.1).
Alcohol Shipping / Adult Signature Required
Are we able to mark a UPS label as Adult Signature Required (we can't currently in Shippo so are looking for a different integration)

cannot setup callback url
When I try to update callback url in sandbox, the following alert pops out:
Shipping Rule Not Working For Rate API
Shipping rate API always returning "USPS priority" value when quantity is 1 or 2.
As per shipping rule that should return 3 values UPS ground, USPS priority, USPS first class when quantity is 1.
When quantity is more than 2 then it's fails to calculate shipping option.
What should change in API request JSON or any configuration for proper shipping Info base on shipping rule?
Only USPS First Class available in API
When requesting rates through the API I can only get the USPS First Class rates returned. I cannot get it to bring back the other USPS options, primarily USPS Priority Mail. Is this restricted?
UPS carrier insurance
Can we get the insurance amount from our UPS carrier with negotiated rates account? We want the breakdown of the carrier insurance and shipping amount.
