What address works with Sandbox?
I can't use my address as a test address in using the Sandbox token as it is not a found address. What address can I use for testing when using the Sandbox token?
Webhooks for the shipment.tracking.status.changed event not being fired by Easyship
I have a webhook set up to receive numerous types of events from Easyship. I have tested each event type (using the 'Test' button in the webhook modal window). All of the event types (including the shipment.tracking.status.changed event) work fine and are received and logged by my system.
Shipments blocked by DHL, incomplete invocie data, how to update?
Recently DHL has blocked and returned all our shipments into the UK. After speaking with our account manager the cause is because of insufficient label data.
Return Shipment Using easyship API

We have coded the Pick-up API and can select the date/time slots received by Easyship - once we have selected them, we cannot find the way to push this information back to Easyship
Multi-parcel rates - only one courier returned (BUG?)
Using the API docs for Rate Request (https://developers.easyship.com/reference/rates_request), I've noticed that if I add more than one parcel to the payload the response only returns one courier (UPS). If I have only one parcel, then I get many couriers returned in the response (CanPar, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator… etc).
Concern about create return shipment with parcel object
I'm creating return shipment in easyship but when I'm creating parcel object with data which I have and there are some more field showing it's required 'hs_code' or 'category', 'declared_currency', etc,... but in documentation it's not showing required
I'm not able to generate test labels
Every time I try to generate a test label, I'm getting the following error "SPY4297667969107 - Easyship: ServiceResponseError >> | failure - origin_address.contact_email is invalid | parcels[0].total_actual_weight must be greater than 0 | parcels[0].items[0].actual_weight must be greater than 0 | parcels[0].items[1].actual_weight must be greater than 0 | parcels[0].items[1].declared_customs_value must be greater than 0"
