How to add money for shipment through api

I am using python and I would like to use the money from my sellers to buy labels; the problem is that my site will be domestic and international so how am I to meet these expectations with little to no money. Basically looking for a way to add money from my sellers or is there another way?

Deactivate DHL eCommerce

When customers are checking out of my store (WordPress WooCommerce), the first shipping options that show up are three different DHL eCommerce shipping options and no other. How do I get rid of this? I don't even know what that shipping option is and am afraid this will scare away customers finalizing purchases. I see the listing in my easyship dashboard under couriers, but I can't remove it. Please advise. Thanks!

Whitelist IP addresses

I've been recommended to whitelist Easyship's IP addresses but not sure how to go about that. My website runs on wordpress with woocommerce, so Easyship mentioned I should whitelist their IP addresses in woocommerce, but any suggestions how to go about that?
tried to find info via google or woocommerce but didn't find anything useful and am hesitant to just whitelist some IP addresses somehow. Any help is appreciated. thanks!
