Documents not downloading
I can't print my documents after purchasing shipping I haven't sense I added your app to my site a few days ago I need to find out if there is something I have set up wrong when i did the web thing with jared he said everything looked ok I tried to ship packages this evening and it would not print again. also i was going to setup a dummy order from my web page and a time that i normal ship first class package which cost around 2.66 . was showing in my web checkout for 4.66 whats the deal with that. I tried to call support thought it was 24/7 never was able to get threw so i left 1 order in the ready to ship to print and canceled the others once again and went shipped differently so I will need a refund on them again. I have removed your app from shopify deleted it off my computer cleared my cache and reinstalled ran it on 3 different browsers safari firefox and chrome all there had the same issue about not downloading the documents. I assume they download to the print never seen that part off your app work yet

Hi, I synced my Woocommerce store up to easyship tonight but I continue to get "There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help." I've followed all the troubleshooting steps but still no luck.

Rates API to retrieve estimates across the US
We are currently working on integrating Easyship's services into our new e-commerce platform. I am reaching out to inquire about the implementation of the Rates API to retrieve shipping rates and delivery times across the United States.
Need the webhook IP address to access the website using webhooks for events triggering.
I am working with the Easyship webhooks on development server it was working. But after moving to the live server, the website is password protected due to some security reasons. By password-protected website, any other access request will be denied by the server even webhook are unable to access the request page. I need the IP address of webhooks events so that I can allow all the IP address to access the website.
Using the "set_as_residential: true" in the "rates_request" api route, doesn't work.
I've posted this in a 3 year old thread which was marked as answered and I'm afraid that it will not be addressed due to seeing other questions after the ticket was marked answered left without the reply. So starting new one, in hopes to receive a reply from EasyShip Team.
Getting REST API Error
Going through my site health tab my website is saying there is a critical issue and after disabling and plugins until the error shows it comes up when easy ship is enabled. Although there is no issue with the store syncing orders and the sites communicating the error is as follows:
