Shipping Info does not show up in Customer Notes

Once I submit the order, tracking information never appears in my Notes in Woo Commerce as stated in the Connect to Woo Commerce doc you provide: https://support.easyship.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000306291-Connect-WooCommerce.

Also, my orders show up as Processing in Woo Commerce, but never Sync Orders as Shipments in Easy Ship.

I click Begin Fulfillment in Woo Commerce Orders and nothing appears to happen in Woo Commerce, or Easy Ship.

How do I get my order to sync with Easy Ship using the Woo Commerce Connect provided by Easy Ship?
