api system

We have 2 URGENT issues that are preventing us from using easyship.

  1. We are passing the senders details through the api system however any booking we make through the api system does not use the senders details we submit through the api system but an address in our dashboard.
  2. Easy ship Customer Service has told us that whenever we make a booking through the api system that we must contact the carrier ourselves to organise the pick ups. Does your system not automatically book a job with the Carrier and do we as an easyship customer have to ring the carrier ourselves?

We are in Victoria and good luck getting anybody at Couriers Please to answer the phone. They ahve shut down their call centre and only operating on email.
