Created Integration but 99%SME still cannot generate shipping label

I have created New Integration and obtain Access Token.
I have copied and paste on 99sme Shipping and saved.

On my New Order page in 99sme, when I click on Generate shipping label, there's a pop-up that says - 'EASYSHIP There is not enough credit on your account'
I do have $5 in my account.

So what went wrong?
Am I integrated correctly?

Please advise soonest as my order is still not fulfill since 21 May.
I have contacted 99SME and they have given me the same step by step guide which I have carefully followed.
