When a customer checks out on our Gravity Form, there's a field "where would you like your completed documents sent?"

We want this to generate a label that we can print automatically.

If they click that they want a prepaid label to get their documents to me for processing, they will automatically be emailed one once they complete payment without me needing to get it for them.

Is this possible to do?
