I could make a POST request with below values to api "https://api.easyship.com/v2/rates".

From City => Melbourne, From Zip => 3000, From State => VIC (Victoria)
To City => Sydney, To Zip => 2000, To State => NSW (New South Wales)
Parcels Weight => 2, Width => 20, Height => 20, Length => 20, Category = Mobile Phones

But, got the response as below.
Sorry, we couldn't find any shipping solutions based on the information provided.

Have I made any mistake here?
How can I get fixed it?

Please clarify...
