Unable to find my shipments

I have created a shipment using the API call api.easyship.com/v2/shipments and I can get it back with an API call api.easyship.com/v2/shipments/ESAU10102184

I have also requested a label for that shipment successfully, but, when I try to access that shipment from EasyShip dashboard I can’t find it anywhere, I don't understand how that shipment can be accessed from the API but is not visible at my dashboard.
