Hello,

With the production token, we get this type of response:

and with the sandbox one, this:
{"message":"Shipments not found or labels already requested: ESHK932303...","errors":["Shipments not found or labels already requested: ESHK932303..."],"labels":[],"total_cost":null,"available_balance":0.0}

When creating the shipment (by using the production token), buy_label and buy_label_synchronous are false.
