Hello there,

I have easyship's api connected to my logiwa. When I go to pull rates for a service, it gives me this error - "-> Shipping service not eligible for this order". But it is for that order and matches everything. When I click get rates for my other API such as easypost it will pull the service and the price. What's going on? Can I get some assistance with this? Happy to share a loom of what's going on so we can get to the bottom of it. Thanks!
