Are webhook events queued and re-tried on failure?

Hi,

I didn't see it explicitly mentioned in the docs so I just wanted to confirm if a specific webhook event will be re-tried if the webhook fails.

I saw that the webhook will be suspended after 30 failures which is fine but would like to know if specific events are resent if the webhook does not return 200.
