Hi

I need to ship product from sales generated from Kickstarter. We are using a service called Pledgebox to manage the questionnaires and shipments.

It appears Pledgebox is/was connected to Easyship, so I pushed 14 orders. But I could not find the PledgeboxID data in Easyship and noticed the sales channel field in Easyship is populated with erroneous info. I need to collect the PledgeboxID, Courier Code and Tracking Code to upload back to Pledgebox to mark as shipped.

So, In an effort to fix this I deleted the 14 orders and re pushed. But now, none of the orders appear in create shipments?

1. I need to be able to push orders to EasyShip from Pledgebox
2. I need to obtain the correct data in Easyship to update the Pledgebox database.
