Webhook: Easyship Order Created Endpoint

I'm after some information about Easyship's Webhook feature.

Reading the docs (https://developers.easyship.com/reference/organizations_webhooks_create), it does not appear possible to trigger an event on Easyship Order Creation.

The closest event is shipment_label_created which, after testing with orders, does not trigger when we need it to.

Is it possible to hook into Easyship Order Creation events, or can you provide a workaround?
