List all Trackings does not work with cancelled shipment

According to docs

GET https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/shipments/trackings

Retrieve the most recent status for a shipment and a history of all previous checkpoints.

I should be able to see the history of checkpoints of ESUS210209643, as I pass include_checkpoints = true in request. However, the response is empty, but I expect to see "the most recent status" = cancelled and the history as well, as mentioned in the docs. Is that possible?
