Hello!

I am trying to perform an API request according to this doc. But for any of requests I perform I constantly get 404 "Route not found" error. I tried using both production and sandbox token, any API.

Also inside my account dashboard in the Integrations tab the document says

All API URLs are relative to path. For example, the /rates resource is reachable at URL.

While the API documentation page tells to use another base URL.

Which one is correct?

Please help me resolve this issue because it is a complete blocker for me to implement the integration.
