Track 3P Trackings API response.
This API is not returning necessary fields: <https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/trackings/{id}>
In the docs: <https://developers.easyship.com/reference/trackings_show> under responses, 200 OK, checkpoints, tracking_status are given as a response, however when making the request we do not get these.
The API response has all other fields, but we would require these as given in the docs.
At least the checkpoint array.

What are these API keys for the test, and if they are for the test, how can they be used? Is it possible to check the delivery, for example.

How to enable address_validate in the scopes
api issue, it prompted "Access to this resource requires scope(s) address_validation." when I tried the address_validation api, but I only found "Address" in the scope of my account, how can I solve it?

Why is no UPS coming back on rates_request API request?
We only see Fedex, USPS, etc. when trying to get quotes...yet in the dashboard, UPS is showing for the same data? Can someone help? Thanks!

Shipment Checkpoint Timeline to Webhook Delivery
Hey All!
Investigating a few instances that shipments are scanned and handled by USPS, and then webhooks are not delivered to my from Easyship until around a day later. I also have instances where I never receive an "In-Transit" status webhook, but see the status later in the checkpoint object on a future delivered webhook.
So two questions:
- How long typically does it take for easyship to deliver the webhook after a checkpoint/status has been updated?
- Why are there scenarios that I don't receive a webook for a status, but the status was captured and is seen on a future webhook? For example the second line item below with no in_transit_ts but I see the checkpoint on the delivered status just never recieved the webhook for it.

Key use case is I am using these webhooks to track inbound and outbound shipments, specifically on a trial product that we deliver to customers to try on an assortment of eyewear. I start their trial period based on delivery to customer and return to vendor. I have events to drive email comms at delivery and return, but return has been off by quite some time to when USPS is doing these actions (via shipment scan).

Where can I find the payload model for the webhooks?
For example, I need to understand what the model is for "shipment.tracking.status.changed" so I can update our system accordingly

Easyship is no longer importing orders
My WooCommerce store worked fine with easyship for 2 years but all of a sudden it will not import orders or even make a connection. I have updated the token and gone through all the steps to connect the store and nothing.
The strange thing is that the dynamic shipping rate in the checkout screen are still working but easyship says no connection.
Please help!!!!!

How can I check created shipments in the dashboard?
Hi, I created shipments through the API. When I run <https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/shipments/> request in Postman, it returns 13 shipments, but there is nothing on the Dashboard. How can I check created shipments in the dashboard?
