Since we have a dropshipping business, usually the customer needs to change shipping labels send from address, I saw I can change the sender address in the dashboard, but I don't see where I can change the sender address in API request.

Hello all, is there any way to generate multi shipping document such as waybill by API.
Just like select multi shipment and click generate all document at top right corner.

How can I test this webhook with real data, I have tried to cancel the shipment but it doesnt call to my webhook.

I have created and brought label for two shipment. Both use HK Post - Local Parcel
One created by easyship website. status: to be dropoff
The other one created by api. status: label ready

I have created a shipment by calling the api and i got the response as 201 and message is success and also the easyship_shipment_id.But the order is not showing in my account
.I'm currently using the token of sandbox account not the production toke.Is that the issue?
Someone could help me on this?

When we call the rate api we get's an error message as "Sorry, we couldn't find any shipping solutions based on the information provided"
