Label Format

Hi, we clearly specified that the format for generating a label is 4x6 and this is always working whenever we make shipment through AU Post Domestic Standard or DHL Express but while selecting an international shipment through AU Post Standard International, it's giving us a label: Custom Declaration in a size "A4" format. Why? we only need the 4x6 size. Thanks!

Hi, The simple 'Create Shipment' API has hs_code as a parameter but why the "Create a shipment and buy label" doesn't provide one. Is there any specific reason for this? Can Easyship just add this just like the simple create shipment. Thanks

Hi easyship, I am having issues setting up my shipping properly. The dynamic shipping rates are not accurate and I am being charged much more compared to what my customers are being charged. For example. my customer buys 2 items and they paid $20 in shipping (the price of 1 item to be shipped. It actually costs me $40 ship.

'payment_code' => 'stripe',
