Hi there! Are there any plans to create a prestashop module? We've been using EasyShip manually for some time now and while we love the functionality, it's been a bit of a hassle vs. other services we use.
Documents not downloading
I can't print my documents after purchasing shipping I haven't sense I added your app to my site a few days ago I need to find out if there is something I have set up wrong when i did the web thing with jared he said everything looked ok I tried to ship packages this evening and it would not print again. also i was going to setup a dummy order from my web page and a time that i normal ship first class package which cost around 2.66 . was showing in my web checkout for 4.66 whats the deal with that. I tried to call support thought it was 24/7 never was able to get threw so i left 1 order in the ready to ship to print and canceled the others once again and went shipped differently so I will need a refund on them again. I have removed your app from shopify deleted it off my computer cleared my cache and reinstalled ran it on 3 different browsers safari firefox and chrome all there had the same issue about not downloading the documents. I assume they download to the print never seen that part off your app work yet
Day Pass access
Is there a way to give our Customers a day/hour pass to our Easyhip account only to encode/edit their shipment information? No other access. Thank you
Rates provided by the API differs from the invoice.
When requestiing rates via your API we are getting different prices than the one invoiced.
Company name on labels
A lot of our recipient are businesses and we need to be able to set their company name on labels. At the moment, you seem to duplicate the person's name in both fields before forwarding it to the carrier.

Hello. I'm an experianced marketologist and I can generate a lot of traffic of people who want to order cargo delivery in many countries. Сargo weight can be from 0.5 kilogram to 10 tons.
Can I use any of your solutions to setup on my website the form for making order(to deliver cargo from place to place) and to take comission from each delivery?

No test label_callback_url from Easyship to my webhook URL
Hi, my name is Mikhail, I've already implemented functionality of requesting labels to my store, but there is no request from Easyship to the webhook URL that I specified in my Easyship dashboard. According to the this section of documentation https://developers.easyship.com/docs/label-callbacks-for-warehouse-integrations, after I create webhook in my Easyship dashboard, there is must be a test request from Easyship to this webhook URL for approve it. But I retrieve no request and can't completely finish labels functionality. Maybe I've done something wrong with specifying webhook URL.

Change currency displayed on client side
Hi Easyship team,
I registered account with Singapore as my country so the default currency displayed when I list available couriers for a shipment is SGD.
I want to change the currency to USD, how can I do it?
Do I need to update anything or setting in my registered account?
