USPS Label Broker ID QR Code Labels
I am looking for guidance on how to access USPS's Label Broker ID so that I can create shipping and return labels for my customers with QR codes in addition to printable labels. I can see how to do this directly on the USPS site but I don't see this feature in settings. We use EasyShips API, is it accessible via API?
EasyShips customer support has notified me that this feature is available and any guidance will be helpful.

Woocommerce Tracking Sync
I use the woocommerce platform...
I am looking to use your api and intergrate it into my custom shipping api I developed. I want to have the tracking information sync back to woocommerce and was wondering if the woocommerce plugin called Advanced Tracking Pro by Zorem is compatible with easyship. I only see the woocommerce shipping tracking plugin listed in the start guide.

Need subscription to test plugin
Dear Easyship Support Team,
I am writing on behalf of the viaSocket team. We are currently in the process of developing an integration plugin for Easyship, aimed at enhancing our platform's shipping capabilities.
Our development team requires access to certain features that are available on the Premium plan, specifically for testing triggers related to "shipment delivered" and "shipment in-transit" statuses. These features are crucial for us to ensure that our plugin functions correctly and meets the needs of our shared users.
Warm regards,
viaSocket Team

Rates Api not sending UPS as a carrier option
Hi, for my API integration, when I send a node-fetch request to <https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/rates> I am not seeing UPS as a carrier option but on the "Get a Quote" tab of the dashboard, I can see UPS Ground listed with the lowest price being $12.23. The lowest on the api is "USPS - Ground Advantage" with "total_charge": 15.76.
How can I retrieve UPS rates through the Easyship API?

Custom Integration: Access Token ONLY Works in Production Env!
(I'm using a code block for the body of this message because the GUI keeps interpreting my underscores as markdown Italics. You should fix that.)
```
The documentation tells me I can use my access token
with the prefix "sand_" rather than "prod_" for integration testing.
When I try that, both in the platform I'm using, and in the EasyShip API Documentation
site's "Try It" feature, authorization fails. Any API call I try, the "prod_" token works
and the "sand_" token does NOT.
I reached out to support, and they told me to come here. I found this other thread
describing the same behavior, and the responses to it were wildly unhelpful:
https://developers.easyship.com/discuss/634695206698f9002fc13d27
The thing I need to test right now is the creation of a labe
(via https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/labels) and I'm not willing to actually pay
for my test labels. This needs to be resolved ASAP!
What are the weight units in the shipment api endpoint?
When requesting from:
<https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/shipments/>\<shipment_id>
what is the weight unit used? Is it always in kg?
Rates API to retrieve estimates across the US
We are currently working on integrating Easyship's services into our new e-commerce platform. I am reaching out to inquire about the implementation of the Rates API to retrieve shipping rates and delivery times across the United States.
Our goal is to provide our users with accurate shipping estimates that include both the minimum and maximum price, as well as the minimum and maximum delivery days for shipments within the US. We believe that the Rates API would be the ideal solution for this purpose.
Specifically, we would like to know:
1. How to structure the API request to retrieve both the minimum and maximum shipping rates, along with the corresponding minimum and maximum delivery days for shipments within the US.
2. In the event that we implement pagination, what should be the request body format for fetching subsequent pages of results? We want to ensure that we can efficiently navigate through the available shipping options.
Additionally, it would be immensely helpful if you could provide us with a Postman collection that demonstrates the usage of the Estimation Rates API. Having access to a reference collection would greatly facilitate our integration efforts and ensure that we follow best practices.
We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter. Please let us know if there are any specific requirements or considerations we should be aware of when implementing the Estimation Rates API.
Thank you for your time and support.
