Is It Possible for Customers to Create a Return Shipment to Send to Me?
What I want to achieve is to deliver our products to customers through our online store and allow customers to return products to our company through our website. While it is acceptable to receive returns at the original shipping location, I would like the returns to be sent to a fixed alternative location instead of the original shipping location. How can this be implemented?
Why all the shippments are getting assigned to UPS itself, even though I have changed the shipping rules to Fedex and ParcelForce?
I have changed the Shipping rules for Logistics Partner from UPS to Fedex and ParcelForce, But still i can see that only UPS Is getting assigned for the same.

Good morning, we have implemented your API on our website, but we have a detail with the rates it shows, since some appear on the portal but not in the API, for example the UPS 3 Day Select rate does not appear in the API but it does. In the portal. What could be the reason for this difference?

API issue connecting to ReturnPrime
I am trying to use Easyship as my logistics partner for ReturnPrime on shopify. I created a custom API because return prime was not listed as one of your apps. It all connected smoothly but it is unable to create labels on returns. I am getting an error message each time.
