Why do my buyers have 15 or more choices for shipping when I have already set up shipping rules?
Unable to genrate label with vague error message "undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass"
Hello, we are unable to generate label and we are receiving "undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass" error. We also noticed that the country in the response for the origin address is United States although it is sent in the request as GB (United Kingdom). Can someone please help us generate a label?

Signature Requirement via API
Hello. we need to put into place a signature requirement for any product that has a product value of over $100. We use easyship integrated into linnworks for label creation. We have instilled this kind of requirement before via API, can you please assist with this?

During testing on "Request Rates & taxes API" https://api.easyship.com/rate/v1/rates, API response is with "messages":["Not Support Failure: No rates for this country"] for international delivery rate. I cannot find anything in API reference for this issue. let me know how to fix it.
USPS Label Broker ID QR Code Labels
I am looking for guidance on how to access USPS's Label Broker ID so that I can create shipping and return labels for my customers with QR codes in addition to printable labels. I can see how to do this directly on the USPS site but I don't see this feature in settings. We use EasyShips API, is it accessible via API?
Shift4shop (formerly 3dcart) integration
Hello we are using shift 4 shop for our website and I am looking for step by step instructions on how to make easyship and our web host work together. I looked at the docs for API and I have created an API I guess but the access token is what I was given and I am not sure where that would go on shift4shop or how to manually input the api code into the website code I have. Is it even possible to integrate the two?
Unable to download Shipping Documents
Goof afternoon, I am unable to download my documents in Easyship, its been an hour or so and it still says "pending". Do help me in this matter.
ODBC Connection
Does Easyship support ODBC connections? We're looking into integrating Easyship into our WMS (VeraCore) and they're telling me that directly connecting via an ODBC connection is the easiest way. There is also the possibility of connecting through their web-services tool, but I'm still finding more information about those.

Change currency displayed on client side
Hi Easyship team,
I registered account with Singapore as my country so the default currency displayed when I list available couriers for a shipment is SGD.
I want to change the currency to USD, how can I do it?
Do I need to update anything or setting in my registered account?
