hello i am stucking in a problem:
API issue connecting to ReturnPrime
I am trying to use Easyship as my logistics partner for ReturnPrime on shopify. I created a custom API because return prime was not listed as one of your apps. It all connected smoothly but it is unable to create labels on returns. I am getting an error message each time.
Getting dimensions from Magento
We are a textiles business that cut fabrics by the metre, we offer shipments either 'Rolled' and folded, this option is chosen at the point of checkout and the dimensions vary, so calculating dimensions is a little complicated for us. Every order is bespoke and cut to order at different sizes, the dimensions would need to be dynamic based on quantity and items in the basket.
Easyship not working on multisite wordpress on AWS Lightsail
I have a multisite on AWS lightsail. It has 3 sites. (site 1) The main retail site where I need easy to be an option. (site 2) does not sell anything and I do not need easy ship as an options. (site 3) is co-branded with another company and I have no access to it for coding anything else.
Incorrect product codes in API request
Hi,
We have been advised by DHL that we are currently using incorrect product codes in our API request. They have told us this needs to be updated in the XML request that is sent to DHL. Please find below the correct code they have asked us to update:
Error: get rate and create shipment
I have an error when trying call a request to get quota from API: "https://api.easyship.com/2022-10/rates" and I used sandbox token to call it.
The response following bellow: "Oops, an unexpected error occurred. Please check your request and try sending it again. You can contact us if the problem persists".

Error when requesting rates from the API: "cURL error 6: getaddrinfo() thread failed to start"
Hello, I get this error when requesting rates from the API. This is when using PHP. I am not sure how to start fixing this problem. Has anyone seen this before?
