How do Easyship rates compare to the discounted rates available via Shopify?

We used below API for buylabel and we got response and it is shown in eashship-> Create Shipments --> Advanced

There seems to be an issue with your plugin. It seems it is not compatible with new woocommerce version 4 release. Now when you try to check out on the site, the easy ship plugin option does not allow you to pick different shipping class than one that it selects by default. Please add a item sold by our company to the cart and see this issue first hand. This issue if not rectified, will cause me to go with another company, even as I have just started using easyship and processing orders.

Hi! How I can connect directly Easyship and power bi. I need to create dashboards based on your data.

I've found that the API can be inconsistent at times in terms of creating a shipment on the easy ship dashboard. We've had a few instances where the order is processed but DOES NOT appear on the easy ship dashboard.

I want to connect my easyship account to the site i sell my products from. I was told easyship doesn't do direct integration and i am not a computer person. So I don't know where or how to start. Do i contact the site i sell on and they would need to add code for Easyship API?
Or is it something i have to do from my dashboard? If there is a code i have to enter somewhere i understand because i linked easyship to my woocommerce site but this isn't a site i control, so i am confused.

I am testing the rate API, but it shows me an error "Sorry, we couldn't find any shipping solutions based on the information provided" on every country

In some cases, I am able to visit a shipment that has went through the entire set of statuses from Created -> Delivered, but our Zapier integrations for "New Shipping Label" and "Shipment In-Transit" never fired.
