The web UI shows us a different box list and order list than the API for the same account
When we get use the website to view our list of custom boxes we see one list, but when we use the API we see a different list.
No label created and no failure message
I get no labels and no response saying why there are no labels
POST https://api.easyship.com/shipment/v1/shipments/ESUS10223964/pickup this api does not work gives route not found error and also your latest version api gives the same error https://public-api.easyship.com/2024-09/pickups . What is the issue ? I am not able to create pickup

I use the API to get the rate list. After creating a shipment, the amount that needs to be paid in the backend is inconsistent with the rate amount given in the API. How can I get the actual amount that needs to be paid?
