SandBox api keys not working
I have a trial account and got SandBox api keys but it is not working.
Created Shipment Is Not Displayed In Dashboard
I've created a shipment using API v2023.01 and even gor its id in response - ESUS226347078. But I can not see it in a dashboard, however I can get it using API GET endpoint. Why isn't it displayed in dashboard as well? No filters applied, ALL shipments tab is chosen

Aus Post Integration Issues with Loop Returns
Hi there, I recently installed Loop Returns and while I receive a success notification when adding Australia Post as a carrier, it's not appearing in my carrier accounts screen. I have already raised a ticket for this via Loop Returns (#1089033) and can send screen shots if needed. This issue is urgent as we would like to be set up and tested before BFCM occurs.

How to fetch data from the dropdown Optional Services in the Shipment > Advanced tab?
In the API, how can I pre-select the Optional Services found in the Shipment > Advanced tab? Or rather fetch the data found in the dropdown Optional Services so when I create shipment it's already pre-selected.
