Obtain shipping label via API
Hi, I am looking for a way to send a shipping label via API to our employee's in order to return company computers. Ideally, we could create and generate the shipping label with EasyShip, and then email the label to the employee. Is there a way to do the latter part, of emailing the label? Or to pull the label via API back to Zapier?

Label_state to print status
Do we have an API call to update shipment label_state as printed. In the dashboard we have a "To Print" counter. Since we can download the label, I believe we must have an API call to update the label_state.

Is It Possible for Customers to Create a Return Shipment to Send to Me?
What I want to achieve is to deliver our products to customers through our online store and allow customers to return products to our company through our website. While it is acceptable to receive returns at the original shipping location, I would like the returns to be sent to a fixed alternative location instead of the original shipping location. How can this be implemented?
Why all the shippments are getting assigned to UPS itself, even though I have changed the shipping rules to Fedex and ParcelForce?
I have changed the Shipping rules for Logistics Partner from UPS to Fedex and ParcelForce, But still i can see that only UPS Is getting assigned for the same.
