Does Easyship support ODBC connections? We're looking into integrating Easyship into our WMS (VeraCore) and they're telling me that directly connecting via an ODBC connection is the easiest way. There is also the possibility of connecting through their web-services tool, but I'm still finding more information about those.

We have coded the Pick-up API and can select the date/time slots received by Easyship - once we have selected them, we cannot find the way to push this information back to Easyship

I'm trying to use the sandbox and test generating a label at the same time as a shipment, however when I query the shipment after creation and get the label I get the error:

Can we get the insurance amount from our UPS carrier with negotiated rates account? We want the breakdown of the carrier insurance and shipping amount.

Not able to create labels on shipments in sandbox.

I have a webhook set up to receive numerous types of events from Easyship. I have tested each event type (using the 'Test' button in the webhook modal window). All of the event types (including the shipment.tracking.status.changed event) work fine and are received and logged by my system.
