Is It Possible for Customers to Create a Return Shipment to Send to Me?
What I want to achieve is to deliver our products to customers through our online store and allow customers to return products to our company through our website. While it is acceptable to receive returns at the original shipping location, I would like the returns to be sent to a fixed alternative location instead of the original shipping location. How can this be implemented?
RE: EasyShip Woocommerce Sync Issue
Hi,
Parts to Box size
We sell over 10M parts. We know the width, length, and weight of easy item we ship. When we setup parts in our inventory system we want to assign a box to the item we ship.
Address Validation
I don't see an API for address validation. Seems an important API to know an address is valid prior to creating a shipping construct. Am I overlooking something?
Courier IDs
Hi, I'm using your API through Make and can't find in all the couriers' IDs that are available, both in the sources and through the API (tried but unsuccessful as I'm not technical). Could provide all the courier IDs that you have such as the one for fedex priorty overnight: 225e3cf1-7f9b-4f55-9d45-d73dead05d9b (I was able to get this one since I had already created a shipment for it). Thank you!
Different results across API and Portal
Hello,
We are using V2, when sending rates request via API we are getting results from USPS only.
For the same request (source/destination/package) via portal I see UPS and and USPS options.
Testing Easyship webhooks
Hi,
Is there a way to test webhooks on test environment? Some way to trigger them with actual data or sample payload?
Buy Label issue
Not able to create labels on shipments in sandbox.
Issue in creating label using API.
Hello,
Why is the post to https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/rates onlyl returning one rate
The API reference states:
The Rates API allows you to request a list of shipping quotes for a prospective Shipment. The response will also indicate which Courier is the cheapest, fastest and best value for money, which is a combination of speed, price and reliability.
