When i make an API call, i am always get "Your account is not active in this country".
In my dashboard my currency is SGD and when i call the API, i tried with both SGD and USD but still getting the same error. 403 forbidden. Any help????
Create and Buy Label API with Sandbox account
When we call https://api.easyship.com/shipment/v1/shipments/create_and_buy_label with the data (see attached) to the sandbox, we got the error "There is not enough credit on your account" but we have already deposited money. Please help to check. Thanks.
PHP API integration request into my HTML website
Hello good day and how are you doing I have a request and I don't know if that will be possible I would like to integrate your platform to work on my HTML site so that I can be able to have the shipping rates and track my orders of my customers so I don't know if you can be able to provide me with the PHP API.
Is it possible to fetch rates using hscodes instead of categories?

Shopify / Fulfillrite Intergration
Hi we would like to integrate our Easyship accounts to Shopify and then to Fulfillrite for fulfillment.
We have one Shopify store and selling/ fulfilling orders in both Australia and the US. Currently we have 2 Easyship accounts (One for Australian rates the other for Us Rates)

Why all the shippments are getting assigned to UPS itself, even though I have changed the shipping rules to Fedex and ParcelForce?
I have changed the Shipping rules for Logistics Partner from UPS to Fedex and ParcelForce, But still i can see that only UPS Is getting assigned for the same.
