API issue connecting to ReturnPrime

I am trying to use Easyship as my logistics partner for ReturnPrime on shopify. I created a custom API because return prime was not listed as one of your apps. It all connected smoothly but it is unable to create labels on returns. I am getting an error message each time.

Unable to generate label with error "Sorry, we couldn't calculate the rates for this shipment, please try again later."

I am unable to generate a label for shipment with ID ESGB134843408 can you please check and let me know what's the issue?

Cannot confirm shipment and buy Lable

Hello,
I am working on the sandbox environment
I have an error I am facing while trying to confirm a shipment via API.
First I created the shipment via this endpoint: https://api.easyship.com/v2/shipments
Then I tried to confirm shipment and buy label using the endpoint: https://api.easyship.com/label/v1/labels.
I however got the response when I used the easyship_shipping_id gotten :

Deactivate DHL eCommerce

When customers are checking out of my store (WordPress WooCommerce), the first shipping options that show up are three different DHL eCommerce shipping options and no other. How do I get rid of this? I don't even know what that shipping option is and am afraid this will scare away customers finalizing purchases. I see the listing in my easyship dashboard under couriers, but I can't remove it. Please advise. Thanks!
