We got a message that UPS is changing their APIs model so I wanted to ask if you do all the integration or if we have to do anything?

The API doesn't seem to be returning accurate rates for USPS. I am getting rates higher than retail pricing. A 12oz, 9x6x2 inch package to zone 9 should be $5.33 for commercial rates and $6.65. The API returns $6.78.

We need to specify courier ID while requesting Pickup. How we can get a list of all courier IDs along with Name so we can provide an option to users to select the appropriate courier before submitting a request.

I've set up shipping rules on my site with Bigcommerce and established shipping rules to only allow Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. When going on the store to test rates with items in the cart, why are the wrong rates showing up?
