No FedEx Ground Option if DDP is set
When I set DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) by the sender for the label to Canada. I don't see FedEx Ground in the options at Couriers Selection array. Officially FedEx does allow Ground shipments to Canada with DDP paid by the sender. It is called as International Ground.
Are there any workarounds for this?
I would like to use FedEx Ground for my shipments to US domestic and Canada. But I see no option for it, even on Courier Selection page.

Why line_1 column in https://api.easyship.com/2022-10/shipments api is too short?
Why is the shipment on dashboard UI able to accept Address Line 1 larger than 35 characters, for example 7404-7428 Singer Landing NW, Edmonton, AB T6R 3S2, so why when I use this API line_1 is limited to 35 characters and other relation API as get rate...etc. What's the problem here? I want to add one more field such as notes to save an address that is too long such as: 7404-7428 Singer Landing NW, Edmonton, AB T6R 3S2. This is an address where I don't know what state or city is. That's why I want an extra field to record the customer's address.
