Rate API Response issue in postal code Singapore

I have a problem with response when I choose origin and destination postal code in Singapore. when I change value origin and destination postal code in Singapore, the response rate is always same. my question is
does easyship support for origin and destination at postal code level in Singapore? thankyou

Unable to find my shipments

I have created a shipment using the API call api.easyship.com/v2/shipments and I can get it back with an API call api.easyship.com/v2/shipments/ESAU10102184

API can't get proper shipping solutions

I'm trying to use the API with my test key and getting this error: "Sorry, we couldn't find any shipping solutions based on the information provided."
