I am currently using Zapier to automate a process to send reminder emails to customer who have not shipped their returns back to us yet. To do so, I have set up my automation to look at the "pickup status" variable for the shipment from Easy Ship. It is only supposed to continue if the status is "pending_drop_off". Unfortunately Zapier is still getting the "pending_drop_off" status on orders that were actually shipped back to us several days before the automation ran. Can someone tell me why the status on the order would still be showing "pending_drop_off"? Is there a better variable to check to ensure that the shipment has not been shipped yet?

Hello, we are Oneshop, an e-commerce platform for merchants to operate their eshop by using our management panel. We provide automated logistic options for merchants by connecting to EasyShip’s API, but we found that we cannot choose SF drop off only as a shipping method, only pickup service is available. May i know what is the requirement to use SF drop off service? Thank you.

I am fetching rates & also creating easyship-shipments, but its only working properly with easyship mentioned category slugs. I am providing category title as regular life then its not working. But when I am providing easyship mentioned category slugs, then its working properly.

We have some products that dropship from Printful with free shipping. We also have original items that we will be shipping to customers from our location. When you add 1 of each products into the Shopify cart, only 1 shipping option with no details shows up.

Can your system interface with EDI transactions?

Rate request page says 'Shipment items. You can either send item details or box + total_actual_weight' under the 'items' property. I tried sending 'box' and 'total_actual_weight' using the 'Try it' sandbox feature and it returns the error "Missing items".
Why can't I send a request with no items but just 'box' and 'total_actual_weight'?
