Default Credit Card
We have added a credit card on our easyship dashboard and it's stored there.
However, the Easyship API is still saying "No default credit card found" when we process a payment through the API.
How do we fix this?
API Parcel Pickup Form "Retrieve Pick-up Slots"-Error Message
We had some deliveries approved through the Easyship API, but we can't order a pickup. Note: The Fastway quote that was selected and paid for (for Australian domestic shipping) only offers free pickup, so the pickup option needs to work please.

API-Courier Pickup
Hi,
The quotes provided in Australia are all for pickup only, i.e. the couriers don't allow drop-offs but they pick up parcels. How are they notified through the API to pick one up? If we select the date and time collection form, are they notified then or is it when we purchase label etc? Or do we need to build a form requesting courier pickup?

Need the webhook IP address to access the website using webhooks for events triggering.
I am working with the Easyship webhooks on development server it was working. But after moving to the live server, the website is password protected due to some security reasons. By password-protected website, any other access request will be denied by the server even webhook are unable to access the request page. I need the IP address of webhooks events so that I can allow all the IP address to access the website.

Checkout rates not calculating
I was sent here by your support team. I have EasyShip connected to my WooCommerce site but the shipping rates aren't calulating at checkout. I've gone throught the troubleshooting steps, deleting other shipping plugins, completely removing and re-installing Easyship but nothing. Any other steps I can try to resolve the issue?
Token Won't Stick in Woocomerce setup
I've installed the Easy ship plugin for Woocomerce. I copy the token from the Easy ship settings, paste it to the Token field in Woo. After save, the field goes blank - it won't stick.
