How to get shipment checkpoints in a sandbox environment?
We are building an integration with Freshworks where we want to display checkpoints of the shipment and also have data of shipments with different statuses. However, the sandbox environment API is coming back empty.

API-Based Creation of Return Shipments without Forward Shipment Dependency
While developing Easyship APIs, we discovered a limitation—return shipments can only be created if there's an existing forward shipment in Easyship. To address this, we created forward shipment and included additional information like "RETURNS" and "RETURNED GOODS" on the label.

USPS is always the only option
On the "Get a quote" page at https://app.easyship.com/quote, the only options which ever come up are USPS, usually USPS - Priority Mail and USPS - Priority Mail Express. Regardless of what I set the height, length, width, weight and receiver zip code values to, USPS is always the only option which comes up, never any of the other couriers like UPS, DHL and Fedex.

i am able to get all shipments through api in my crm,so what i want that i can also change status tp my crm and that is directly sync in easy ship to provess the order,as i am already doing it with ecwid, but i need to do it in my crm now using api or web.
Do you provide any api or webhook ?
Request rates (/rates) endpoint not working for sandbox
The request rates endpoint works with with production but not with a sandbox api key:
Origin Address ID when order is imported from ecommerce platform
I am attempting to get the "origin address id" of shipments via API, webhook, or zapier prior to a label being generated. I need this because I am creating an internal order management dashboard that should significantly streamline our order management process. I want to create buttons that directly pull up the order details in EasyShip (came in via ecwid integration) and allow me to then make the label. Right now, there is a lot of copy/paste and searching going on, and it's burning a lot of time and making the process very nonlinear and prone to error. By having that ID, I can just build a URL automatically that pulls the order right up. But your zapier integration, webhook payloads, etc. all seem to be only available after further action has been taken in the Easyship platform (like creating a label). I can't get that ID until someone has manually come over into Easyship, found the order, and purchased a label.
